At Peace by Piece is where movement becomes medicine and sound becomes healing. We create transformative experiences that help people slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their whole selves. Through intentional movement, meditation, storytelling, and sound healing, we empower individuals to build confidence, deepen self-love, and heal—mind, body, and soul.

Alexis is a New York City–based dancer and choreographer whose work centers on storytelling through movement and healing. Additionally, Alexis is a certified sound meditation facilitator in the art of sound bath meditation. Alexis appeared on America’s Got Talent Season 10 and BET’s Spring Bling Revamped (2004), and has collaborated with artists including Lil Wayne, Juelz Santana, and La Insuperable.
